The Keysight N9910XVDI-W15 (50-75 GHz) and N9910XVDI-W12 (60-90 GHz) are Portable Spectrum Analyzer Extension (PSAX) modules from Virginia Diodes Inc. (VDI). These VDI PSAX modules extend the frequency capabilities of the Keysight FieldFox analyzer, enabling coverage of the 50 GHz to 90 GHz range. Both models feature a 2.92 mm (F) input connector and are designed for use with the N9917A/B, N9918A/B, N9937A/B, N9938A/B, N9950A/B, N9951A/B, N9952A/B, N9960A/B, N9961A/B, and N9962A/B FieldFox analyzer models.
